Payments for Wilkins AI services are processed securely via Stripe. By authorizing a payment, you agree to the fees described in your service agreement or invoice. Monthly recurring fees will be charged automatically on the billing date unless cancelled in writing prior to the next billing cycle.

All sales are final. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Wilkins AI.

In no event shall Wilkins AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim.
